beauty talk: change the hair
I'm bored again...with my hair that is. I've been admiring the Ombre hair for some time now and found two looks I love...I know I've blogged about it before but I found these two that I absolutely LOVE...what do you guys think? I, of course, wouldn't go AS blonde. I've e-mailed my colorist with the 2nd photo and asked his opinion...I'll let you all know what he says.

Happy Sunday Everyone! Hope your Easter was as good as ever. Cassie's en route back from NYC and I'm sure she'll have plenty of excitement to share. I kept it a pretty quiet weekend here in Texas. I interviewed a couple of people for some articles, got my hurrr did, and recovered from my new exercise regimen.
I became a part of the CROSSFIT phenomenon a couple of weeks ago and although I'm beat up and SORE, I anticipate it's going to be a breakthrough for my body, soul, and mind. My knees were a little beat up after doing 200 push ups (with my knees on the floor), but I'm still going strong! Here goes nothing (and week three).

Gym Rules--No Joke!My friend Joseph started beauty school and I asked him to give me a body wave for Summer. So far I'm loving it. Can't wait to play around with it. I've never known what it's like to have wavy/curly hair so this is exciting. This is totally doable if you have straight, unbleached, mid-length to long hair. Here's the finished product
